Shipping policy
SHIPPING METHOD:
The shipping method is by USPS COURIER. Standard shipping fare is $6.50 and Express 1 day shipping fare is $30.00. Standard shipping packages should arrive within 2-5 days after shipped. Express 1 day shipping fare packages should arrive on the next day after shipped. International Shipping fare is $25.00 and packages should arrive between 10 to 15 days after shipped. Shipping times do not include production times which can take from 3-5 days. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

PRE ORDERS:
You can Pre Order any sold out items, contact us by email. Pre Order items can take up to 20 business days to be shipped after the order is placed.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Online purchases made through Caraosellobrand.com are valid for exchange or refund within 15 days of the shipping date. The shipping date will be available in the shipping confirmation email. The shipping address for returns will be available on your invoice and customers are responsible for the returns cost. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in perfect condition, and/or unworn-ed, returned in its original packaging. For returns the customer should contact us via email with the order number and explaining if it is a return or exchange.
