If there is an issue with your order and need the place an exchange or return request please note that:
Online purchases made through our digital platform are valid for exchange or refund within 15 days of the shipping date. The shipping date will be available in the shipping confirmation email you have received when the order was fulfilled.
The shipping address for returns will be available on your invoice/ and customers are responsible for the all the returns cost.
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in perfect condition, and/or unworn, returned in its original packaging. For returns the customer should contact us via email with the order number and explaining if it is a return or exchange.
